Alfonsvs has spent the past 12 years blending the boundaries between House and Techno. After an early vinyl release on Portugal’s Extended Records in 2016, he was selected by Burn for the 2017 Burn Residency in Ibiza, where he performed across Europe alongside international artists and took part in workshops led by names such as Pete Tong, Carl Cox, Luciano, Seth Troxler and Loco Dice.

In 2019, Laurent Garnier supported his music through a release on Cod3 Qr, alongside artists like Agents of Time and Scan X. That same year, Alfonsvs co-founded Future Perfect, an event series focused on bringing forward-thinking techno back to his hometown in Portugal, combining international acts with emerging local talent.

More recently, as the programmer of the Kokölò label events, he has contributed to the diversity of Porto’s local scene with events in and outside clubs, bringing over international artists such as Tijana T, Solar, Ogazón, Theo Kottis, Lone, Dandy Jack, among others.

His latest release on the Portuguese imprint Kokölò, showed a refreshed side to his sound, but still balancing the fine line between House and Techno. To complement his release, one of the original  tracks was remixed by Berghain’s resident Answer Code Request.

Having performed at festivals such as Kappa FuturFestival (Turin), Wood (Venice), RPMM (Porto), or in niche clubs, such as RX Istanbul, TRESOR (Berlin), Renate Garden (Berlin), Ulu Cliffhouse (Bali), Elephant (Oslo), Klein (Istanbul), Loco Club (Corfu), Gare (Porto), Industria Club (Porto), Pérola Negra (Porto), Plano B(Porto), among others, he is certainly  an artist to keep an eye on.
